When two skilled table tennis players play each other, each round can take a very long time, so when one person scores, that calls for a celebration.
Unlike the soccer team that celebrated for too long, nothing happens to this guy.

I agree. I thought that he was a little over the top but after seeing the score I understood that he knew that he was getting owned and had to take his opportunity to celebrate as he might not get another chance.
